RETURNS & CANCELLATION

1. OUR RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy about the product(s) you purchase from our website. If at any point within 30 days of receiving your order is not satisfied by the product performance you may return it to us for a refund. The product(s) must be in unaltered condition, with the original packaging. The product(s) must not have been used with food products and the product must be returned in the same way as when you received it. If the item has been used the return will not be accepted. To initiate a return please email us at customerservice@svedneck.com to receive steps to make the return. The customer will be liable for the return shipping cost.

2. CANCELLING AN ORDER

The order may be cancelled until it’s shipped form our warehouse in which the order can no longer be cancelled. To receive a refund from your order after the shipment has left our warehouse the order must be returned to us using our return policy.
