The Terms, use of website, supply of products and services by us are governed by and to be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law. Any disputes will be settled by the Swedish courts.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
1. PRICE
Prices will displayed including VAT if located within the EU and without if the order is placed outside of it. The price you pay for your product is the price on your order confirmation on our site at the time we receive your order apart from where an error has occurred in displaying the price. We do our very best to ensure that all prices on our site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered we will inform you about the cancellation of the item or cancellation of order. Order confirmations are not legally binding and will be changed or cancelled in case of a price error. We reserve the right to change our prices due to changes in exchange rates or changes in the market.
2. ORDERS
Orders for products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company at any time.
Shortly after we receive your order, we will acknowledge it by email, detailing the products you have ordered. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details provided on the order form. If any information is incorrect please contact Customer Service immediately. Please allow up to 5 days to prepare and ship your order. Orders are many times dispatched in less than 5 days.
3. PAYMENT
We process orders on our website using Shopify Payments. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable Swedish and EU data and buyer protection laws.
4. AGREEMENT & CANCELLATION
The agreement of purchase is reached when your payment has been transferred. The order may be cancelled until it’s shipped form our warehouse in which the order can no longer be cancelled. In order to receive a refund from your order after the shipment has been shipped the order must be returned to us using our return policy.
5. DISCOUNTS & CODES
All discount codes are applied to the value of the order excluding delivery cost if not stated otherwise. Unless explicitly stated, discount codes cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions, including Outlet products.
Discount codes may be limited to redemption in respect of certain products or certain products may be excluded from the offer. Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase Gift Cards. We reserve the right to modify or cancel discount codes at any time.
6. FRAUD
We reserve the right to cancel any order we suspect to be a case of fraud and have systems in place for fraud detection to protect us and you as a consumer. We reserve the right to deny anyone access to our website because of suspicion of fraud.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
1. SHIPPING PARTNERS & SHIPPING FEE
Orders placed on our website will be delivered using one of our international couriers and their third party partners around the world. All available courier options will be displayed for you to choose from at checkout. The shipping fee will also be displayed at checkout and may vary depending on courier, service and destination.
2. ORDER DISPATCH
Orders placed on our website are dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow us up to 4 business days to dispatch your order. We reserve the right to dispatch orders on a different scheduling at any time do not guarantee that orders will be dispatched in any specific time frame. If your order has not been shipped and you have questions please reach out to customer service.
3. DELIVERY TIME
Orders placed on our website have an average delivery time of 2-10 business days. We won’t be liable to you for any delay in delivering any products.
4. DISPATCH LOCATION
Orders we send will be shipped from Sweden.
5. ERROR & DAMAGE
Orders placed on our website have a satisfaction guarantee. If you’ve received incorrect or damaged items please reach out to our dedicated Customer service team immediately for assistance. The error must be reported to Customer service no longer than 30 days after the order has been received. Issues reported later will not be taken into consideration. We are not responsible in case of lost package due to civil commotion, riots, malicious damage, adverse weather conditions, floods, drought, fire, epidemic, pandemic, legislation, failure of ISP or telecommunications provider or any other cause beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory rights.
6. INCORRECT ORDER INFORMATION.
Orders placed on our website using incorrect information may be returned to our office in which case we have the right to charge the customer for shipping both ways. Lost orders due to incorrect information will not be replaced.
6. IMPORT FEE & DUTY.
Orders placed outside of the EU are subject to import fees, taxes or other duties related to the importing of the item. The customer will in this case be liable for this amount so that the package can be delivered. If they are not paid and the package is sent back to Svedneck the return shipping fee may be deducted from the refund. Same applies if Svedneck becomes liable for unpaid import fees, taxes or any other amount related to importing of the order.
CONTENT
PRODUCT DETAILS & IMAGES
All sizes and dimensions of products as indicated on our site are approximate but we make every effort to make sure they are as accurate as possible.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of the images that appear on our site. However, the color you see will depend on your device, we can’t guarantee that the display on your device of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.
We make every effort to show the correct information on all products and reserve the right to change any information without notice in case the product is changed or incorrect information was displayed previously.
RETURNS & CANCELLATION
1. OUR RETURN POLICY
We want you to be totally hyped about the product(s) you purchase from our website. If at any point within 30 days of receiving your order is not satisfied by the product performance you may return it to us for a refund. The product(s) must be in unaltered condition, with the original packaging. The product(s) must not have been used with food products and the product must be returned in the same way as when you received it. If the item has been used the return will not be accepted. To initiate a return please email us at customerservice@svedneck.com to receive steps to make the return. The customer will be liable for the return shipping cost.
3. CANCELLING AN ORDER
The order may be cancelled until it’s shipped form our warehouse in which the order can no longer be cancelled. To receive a refund from your order after the shipment has left our warehouse the order must be returned to us using our return policy.
